We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not the item described.

PRICE ON NEW JAPANESE SETS ARE ALWAYS VOLATILE. THE PRICE CAN LOWER OR RISE DAY BY DAY. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS CAN BE OFFERED ONCE THE BOX HAS SHIPPED OR PAYMENT HAS BEEN RENDERED..

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or video proof of purchase.

Full refund is not possible due to 10% deduction from financial services.
